This content was created exclusively for you—a client of an Investment advisor to help you understand the information we provided to you in your statements.

Welcome, and thank you for choosing Manulife.

We’re dedicated to improving your experience with us, and to achieve this, we’re making a significant investment in our business and technology. Your trusted advisor will continue to provide you with the service, wealth management solutions, and personalized advice you need to meet your financial goals.

In your September 2023 and December 2023 statements, you received a notice about the changes we’re making.

Here’s a summary of what’s changing and what these changes mean for you.

Introducing Manulife Wealth

In January 2024, Manulife Securities became Manulife Wealth. Over time, you’ll see the new Manulife Wealth brand replace Manulife Securities.

Our new name articulates the benefits of being a Manulife Wealth client, reinforcing Manulife as the leader for wealth advice in Canada.

You get the strength and stability of a deep-rooted legacy firm, personalized local advice, and a broad suite of products and solutions—embodying the best of our organization.

Manulife Securities included two firms, Manulife Securities Investment Services Inc., a mutual fund dealer and your firm, Manulife Securities Incorporated, an investment dealer. As part of the change, these two firms are now one legal entity, Manulife Wealth Inc.
